If anyone could help me with the build for a 55 monk, i have looked all over and cant find anything

A little effort never hurt anyone you know. How about reading some threads, like a beginners guide to farming. Alas, you may just find your answer there. The 55 has been covered so many times before you wont get much with this question here

The sticky (which is titled 'READ ME BEFORE POSTING") states that all questions about 55 monking should be posted in the farming section.

What he means is that 55 monks are primarily used for farming, and hence you would be better off going to the Farming subsection.

That said, moved to the farming section.
